Amanda Croft Pearman

Trustee and Governor

Amanda started her career in advertising and marketing working on clients as varied as Mars, Pedigree Petfoods, Hitachi Consumer Goods and Kimberly Clarke.

Having decided to make a total career change, she started a new ‘life’ as a corporate fundraising manager at the NSPCC where she stayed for 8 years, with her last project being to set up a complete fundraising department to support the final stage of The Children’s Promise, thereby raising £2m.

After a series of different fundraising projects, she set up as a consultant in 2007 and has been successfully raising funds for a variety of organisations from The Royal School for Deaf Children Margate to The Royal College of Pathologists.  For the past 3 years she has embarked on a new project and is the Chief Operating Officer of Oracle Cancer Trust, a charity supporting research into head and neck cancers.

Amanda is a keen horsewoman who regularly competes for Horsham and District Riding Club, keenly supported by her two dogs, Jake and Digby. She also is a keen cook and enjoys needlework and knitting when time permits, as well as travelling, especially to India and Italy.
